How to update your Surface RT from Windows 8.1 Preview to 8.1 RTM

Launch the Store app

Windows Key + R to launch the run dialog.

Paste this then click ok:

ms-windows-store:WindowsUpgrade

Then click Download

Then install the update GA Update Rollup by running Windows Update.
